of you that NEED higher (numerically lower) gearing for your Z32TT. The shop that I use to install the 4.10s *thinks* that they can modify an Armada ring and pinion (available in 2.9 and 3.3 gear ratios) to fit in an R230 differential. I am merely trying to coordinate those interested in going that route. It is not for someone looking for a cheap gear swap, and please don't reply if you aren't serious, it won't be a cheap endeavor. I have gotten a few requests since I came out with the 4.10s about the prospect of a higher gear ratio. The demand (or lack of one) doesn't make it feasable. However in playing around with the idea, it seems like an Armada R&P can be modified to fit the diff. It would be alot less expensive for those genuinely interested, if it were presented to the shop as a group interest. I will merely forward the intersted parties' E-mails to each other and they can connect with the differential shop to see if they can work something out. Since I'm local to the shop, if I can be of assistance, I will be more than happy to do so (within reason). The type of applications that have expressed interest are: one of the more suicidal members of TT.net that races in (I believe it's called) the Silver State classic in the 160 MPH class. Another is a gentleman from England that has a Z with a small block Chevy in it that runs 120 MPH in the 1/8th, with a goal of 160 in the 1/4 mile. And yeah I know I'm long winded and don't believe in paragraphs! Sincerely intersted parties E-mail me or call me at 818 985-7660. Take care, Mark
